These are not traditional resales. Through an exclusive temporary LLC ownership structure that has been reviewed and approved by PMG, we facilitate a seamless transfer of the original purchase contract to qualified buyers. We have already completed this process successfully and can walk you through every step.

A contract assignment is a pre-closing transfer where the original buyer’s purchase agreement is transferred to a new buyer through a developer-approved LLC ownership structure. You effectively step into the original contract and take delivery of the unit at closing. This is not a traditional resale — it happens before the developer delivers the unit, and the process has been reviewed and approved by PMG.

Available units range from $600,000 for studios to $3,999,000 for 3-bedroom Sky Residences on the 58th and 59th floors. Standard tower residences are available from $600,000 to $1,700,000.
