It features studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences with smart home technology, a 20,000 sq ft day club, Chopra Spa, casino-style sports lounge, and the iconic 24/11 E11EVEN lifestyle.
A contract assignment is a pre-closing transfer where the original buyer’s purchase agreement is transferred to a new buyer through a developer-approved LLC ownership structure. You effectively step into the original contract and take delivery of the unit at closing. This is not a traditional resale — it happens before the developer delivers the unit, and the process has been reviewed and approved by PMG.
Available units range from $600,000 for studios to $4,100,000 for the Presidential Suite on the 53rd floor. Sky Residences on the 58th and 59th floors start at $3,850,000. Standard tower residences are available from $600,000 to $1,700,000. Each unit listing includes the total price, amount due at signing (assignment fee), and balance due at closing for full transparency.
